As exemplified in following pages ACC has recent Construction, Multi-trade and extensive IDIQ experience with the Veterans Hospitals (San Francisco, Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Monterey), San Francisco General Hospital, U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in Petaluma, GSA at the National Archives Records Center in San Bruno, Federal Warehouse at South San Francisco, GSA 939 Building in San Francisco and Social Security Building in Richmond, CA.. Additionally, ACC has Family Housing Maintenance experience with the U.S. Army Garrison at the Aliamanu Military Reservation in Hawaii; U.S. Air Force at Fairchild AFB in Washington; U.S. Navy at Marianas, Guam; the Army Corp of Engineers at the Presidio of San Francisco; U.S. Coast Guard at Hamilton Field, California; Robins AFB, Georgia; Andersen AFB, Guam and United States Army Garrison, Hawaii - which includes the Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Fort Wheeler, Helemanu Military Reservation, and Mendonca Park.

Contract Administration

   ACC realizes that effective, efficient Project administration is one of the cornerstones to providing quality services and customer satisfaction. Each and every Project ACC performs is provided with the administrative, financial, technical, and legal support needed to meet or exceed the contract requirements. This administration includes, but is not limited to:

• Implementing effective quality control
• Maintaining free and open communication between ACC Corporate Headquarters and our Project employees
• Closely monitor Project performance
• Coordinating multiple tasks and multiple trade personnel to ensure a unified approach to the Project
• Comply with all Project reporting and administrative requirements

   ACC realizes when a Project may be best served through the utilization of subcontractors for certain tasks. ACC only utilizes subcontractors who have a verifiable reputation for providing quality services and who have been approved by our client. ACC warrants the subcontractors work by:

• Ensuring that the subcontractor understands the scope of each Project
• Communicating regularly with each subcontractor
• Incorporating subcontractor tasks into our Quality Control Program
• Ensuring that subcontractors adhere/complies to the scheduled project completion date.

• Complete Projects on-time and within budget
• Anticipate and successfully address production challenges
• Work in structures that are occupied.

   As reflected above, ACC’s construction and remodeling experience utilizes disciplines that are required for mechanical and facility maintenance. In addition to providing mechanical and facility maintenance to large facilities, ACC is also experienced in providing management and maintenance to Military Family Housing, Single Family Residence, and Apartment Complexes.
