In conjunction with ACC’s Facilities and Military Family Housing Maintenance contracts, the common grounds surrounding these facilities, were considered an integral part of these contracts. Eventually, Grounds Keeping Projects for larger areas outside of the Military Family Housing and Facilities contracts became a stand alone service that the Agbayani Construction Corporation provided.
These projects varied in size from areas around hospital facilities, and college campuses, to an entire Military Base consisting of thousands of acres. In some contracts the areas were measured in square miles that included every aspect of grounds maintenance .
Grounds maintenance contracts differed in scope of work & specifications.
Some contracts required a maintained uniform appearance of all trees and grass at all times. While others was based on a scheduled task, such as bi-weekly maintenance and seasonal requirements.
